Can I touch my cleaner?

Absolutely not. Our cleaners are no amateurs, and understand that you will get excited. However, it’s important that you respect them and their personal space, as the safety of our team is our number one priority. Our staff are required to check in periodically throughout the appointment to ensure their safety and comfort. This is a cleaning service only and should be treated as such. Any failure to comply with our policy will result in immediate banning from The Naked Cleaning Company’s services, forfeit of pay, and even further legal action.

Can I take photos or videos of my cleaner?

Also no – confidentiality is important to us for our cleaners as well as our clients, and this is strictly against our confidentiality policy. As with our ‘look but don’t touch’ policy, our staff are required to check in periodically throughout the appointment to ensure their safety and comfort. Any failure to comply with our photography/videography policy will result in immediate banning from The Naked Cleaning Company’s services, forfeit of pay, and even further legal action.

What are The Naked Cleaning Company’s business hours?

9am – 6pm and bear in mind each cleaner leads her own life and will have differences in availability.

What are your prices?

Where do you provide service?

The Naked Cleaning Company is currently offering sexy, professional cleaning services across Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney.

Does The Naked Cleaning Company provide any additional services besides those listed?

No. This is a cleaning service only and should be treated as such.

Can I change my booking time?

Appointment amendments can be made providing we are given at least 24 hours notice.|

What if my cleaner cancels?

In the unlikely event that your cleaner will have to cancel on your appointment, we’ll be in contact with you to ensure your booking is rescheduled in a way that best suits you. You may also instead elect for a full refund within __ business days!

What is the minimum notice needed for a booking?

Ideally, we need 48 hours notice in order to arrange a cleaning service. In cases of cleaning emergency, however, contact us HERE and we will try to arrange a booking sooner.

What are The Naked Cleaning Company’s payment options?

A deposit of 20% is required upon choosing one of our fine ladies and booking an appointment online using a credit card.

The remainder of the price is charged at the end of the service.

If, during your appointment, you find your cleaner too good to be true and choose to extend, you can request for your nominated credit/debit card to be charged for all following hours of service upon completion.

Can I have my friends around to enjoy the view during my appointment?

No. The presence of additional guests (other than the occupants of the house) during the service is strictly prohibited. If your cleaner arrives and finds there are additional guests present she will leave immediately and payment will be required.

What happens if I don’t like my cleaner?

All of our girls are friendly, non-judgemental, trained professionals that know how to turn chores into a good time! We discern your preferences prior to booking so that we can ensure we will match you with a cleaner that suits all of your needs. In the unlikely case that you do encounter problems with your cleaner, however, you can simply contact us HERE and we will rectify the issue.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

24 hours notice is required for any cancellation. Your 20% deposit will be forfieted.

Can I book more than one cleaner at a time?

Do I have to supply my own cleaning materials?

Yes, the ladies will come to your house with barely anthing 😉
